Agreement
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of WageDocket. By using the website, joining the waitlist, creating an account, or using the application, you agree to these terms.
If you use WageDocket on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service Description
WageDocket is certified payroll workflow software. The product is designed to help users import payroll data, validate certified payroll requirements, generate artifacts such as Federal WH-347 PDFs, NY portal-ready XML, NJ Wage Hub CSV exports, and related records where supported, download those artifacts, record external submission details, and maintain an audit trail.
WageDocket does not replace your payroll system. WageDocket does not process payroll, pay employees, calculate payroll taxes, provide legal advice, provide tax advice, or act as a government filing portal.
External Submission Responsibility
Unless a direct filing capability is separately implemented and expressly stated in the product, WageDocket does not submit certified payroll filings to federal, state, local, or portal systems on your behalf.
You are responsible for reviewing generated artifacts, confirming accuracy, downloading required files, uploading or submitting them through the proper government or owner-controlled portal, recording external submission details accurately, and retaining any official confirmation or receipt.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, authorization, and legality of the data you upload or enter into WageDocket. This includes employee information, wage classifications, daily hours, rates, wages, deductions, fringe or supplemental benefit details, project identifiers, PRC numbers, contractor registration identifiers, signatures, and submission records.
You must ensure that only authorized users access your organization, that account credentials are kept secure, and that exported artifacts are handled according to your legal, contractual, and internal security obligations.
You should not upload full Social Security numbers, unrelated personnel records, health information, bank-account data, or other unnecessary sensitive information unless a specific WageDocket workflow expressly requires it.
Beta and Product Changes
WageDocket may be offered as a beta, preview, or early-access product. Beta functionality may be incomplete, may change, and may contain defects. You should review all outputs before relying on them for compliance work.
We may add, remove, modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the product develops. Pricing will be announced before any paid plan is charged.
Compliance Outputs
WageDocket attempts to generate artifacts based on available specifications, templates, schemas, fixture tests, and user-provided data. However, government portals, templates, validation rules, agency guidance, and owner requirements can change.
NY XML artifacts may be XSD-validated where supported, but XSD validation does not guarantee portal acceptance. NJ Wage Hub CSV exports may match known template resources where supported, but template matching does not guarantee portal acceptance. Federal WH-347 artifacts should be reviewed before use.
AI-Assisted Guidance
WageDocket may include AI-assisted features for import mapping, validation explanation, onboarding, or workflow guidance. AI output is informational and assistive only. It does not replace WageDocket validation, official requirements, professional judgment, or user review.
You must not rely on AI output as legal, tax, payroll, or compliance advice. You are responsible for reviewing any AI recommendation before changing data, generating artifacts, signing a package, or recording a submission.
Acceptable Use
You may not use WageDocket to violate law, submit false records, access another organization's data, interfere with the service, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, attempt unauthorized access, upload malicious content, or misuse the service in a way that harms WageDocket, users, employees, or third parties.
Security and Incident Cooperation
You must promptly notify us if you suspect unauthorized access, credential compromise, improper disclosure, or misuse involving WageDocket. You agree to cooperate reasonably with incident investigation, containment, remediation, and legally required notification steps.
We may suspend or restrict access if needed to protect the service, users, data, infrastructure, or legal obligations.
Data and Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy. By using WageDocket, you authorize us to process submitted data as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
Availability and Support
We aim to keep the service available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, outages, network issues, third-party provider failures, or security events may affect availability.

Disclaimers
WageDocket is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that outputs will be accepted by a government portal, owner, agency, prime contractor, or other recipient.
You should consult qualified legal, payroll, tax, or compliance professionals for advice specific to your business and projects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WageDocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, rejected filings, late penalties, or compliance consequences arising from use of or inability to use the service.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product, law, or our business changes. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
